“The rate is there so I am not stressed. It is just a matter of putting things together,” he explained.

Formula 1 principles dictate that drivers are given an automatic race ban should they accrue 12 penalty points.
Vettel has received all his since previous year’s US Grand Prix, which had been around 19-21 October 2018.
That usually means another important driving error from Japanese, Russian or the forthcoming Singapore Grands Prix might trigger an automatic suspension by a race for the German.
Vettel said following the Grand Prix he was”unaware” of this penalty-point situation.
The race has been won by his team-mate Charles Leclerc, his second in a row, after his maiden success in Belgium the preceding week.
Vettel hasn’t won a race because the 2018 Belgian Grand Prix, and has been close to a victory this season only once, when he crossed the line in Canada in June but had been demoted to second with a five-second penalty for rejoining the track dangerously after heading off while still under stress from Lewis Hamilton’s Mercedes.

“Then the race was pretty much lost out there but the team was still going and afterwards it was close with Kimi [Raikkonen] this past season, now at least Charles sealed the victory at the conclusion for the team.”
There’s consternation and concern in F1 in the regularity with which Vettel is currently creating driving mistakes – an average of one every three races because a year’s French Grand Prix.
Monza watched his fourth error this season:
Vettel was granted two penalty points for every one of the incidents at Silverstone and also Montreal, while trying to pass him for braiding and his two were.
Ferrari team principal Mattia Binotto did not directly cover the problem has previously said that in other races he’s put in solid performances and/or worked as a team participant, and that the errors of Vettel ought to be found in context.
Binotto also said in Monza that there was no doubt about Vettel’s location at Ferrari for 2020:”I’ve said it and I’m confirming it – to second year Sebastian and Charles are all our motorists and there’s no doubt at all about this.”
That the Ferrari team members shook his title as Vettel joined the celebratory team photograph following the race.
Since Vettel had for Leclerc on the initial since Leclerc hadn’t abided by an agreement to give him a slipstream in their next runs privately vettel was unhappy after qualifying at Monza.
Leclerc reported that it was a result of the confusion at the conclusion of qualifying, where all the automobiles were bunched and moved slowly around their’outside’ lap to attempt to prevent being in the queue, as a slipstream is worth up to 0.5 seconds a lap in Monza.
Leclerc did eventually move on the run to the last corner facing Vettel, but made it to set a last lap. That meant Leclerc was on Vettel and rod on the grid.
Radio communications in the time showed Vettel’s frustration with what went on. Ferrari refused to disclose exactly what was stated although the drivers mentioned the issue on Saturday using Binotto day.
After Leclerc won on Sunday, Binotto said in Italian”perdonato” over the radio, which means”I forgive you”.
Binotto told the press:”It means whatever occurred in the very last days that we discussed – and that is something which will stay between us three – at least today he did a good job which has been a method of saying we were happy for the project he did.”
Asked whether he thought the episode would sour the relationship between the drivers, Binotto said:”It’s something we discussed internally. There can be different points of view – the out lap was a situation for everybody.
“But we’re looking ahead. I know I can depend on them. I believe it will not affect [it]it does not indicate it won’t happen again. The soul is whatever you can do there’s something to understand.”
